“Great rack. The hitch tightening mechanism works very well, there is no sway at all. My only comment is that it is super heavy. You need two people to remove / install safely. I almost broke my rear window doing it solo.”

“After a few years of having less than ideal/adequate bike racks for our travels (Travel Trailer/RV) we decided on the VelociRAX 5 to mount on our Jeep and tow behind our RV. Biggest issue we ran into with old models was integrity with all the bouncing and shaking. The VelociRAX solved that issue for sure, this thing is solid. Besides just transporting our bikes, we regularly use the campground mode while camping. This is a great feature, allowing our bikes to stay off the ground and secured at night. The easy of use is great, making the loading and unloading much smoother and stress free. No more playing tetris trying to figure out the proper bike pattern. We haven't been to one campground all summer that hasn't had someone stop at our site and inquire about the rack. I am more than willing to discuss and show it off, we love it. Hopefully there have a been a few more sales from those marketing ops. We highly recommend VelociRAX to anyone looking for a high-level bike rack.”

“Great rack, great customer service. If you get the 5 bike rack, go for the extra wide version (5X). I originally ordered the narrow 5 bike rack, and it was too narrow - my mountain bikes were rubbing each other. Luckily, the support team was awesome, and helped me exchange it and upgrade to the bigger rack. This thing is great!”
