I was looking for a rack that could hold my full suspension mountain bikes, plus my road bike and smaller bikes. This rack does it all. I keep it on my 2016 4Runner constantly and it remains stable and secure. I looked at competitor racks as well (namely North Shore), but I'm glad I went with this.

This rack is great for a family and really easy to load bikes. It's a solid rack and was easy to put together. Wish it was lighter to take off but otherwise it's exactly what we needed.

I purchased this mid-winter, so haven't had a chance to use it on my vehicle yet. With that said, I AM using it as my garage rack for now and it works perfectly for that. This thing is very heavy-duty and nice looking. I'm really looking forward to getting it into action this spring!

Absolutely love this bike rack. My wife and kids can now load their own bikes. No issues with it so far.

We bought the 5 bike rack to support our high school mountain bike team. Got it in time for the last race of the year and it was well received by the student athletes. Easy to use. The hydraulic ram lowers the bikes slowly and doesn't require effort or hasty actions that have the potential to hurt someone. It rides well. Compared to other racks that stick out well behind the truck, this rack is positioned closer and does not shift a lot of weight to the rear, making it ride better than our old rack. We considered the 6 bike rack, but are pleased we didn't get it. We like the increase from 4 but think 6 would be less manageable.

Great product. Deserves all the praise. Very happy over all. Can be a bear fully loaded going back up after a deep tilt but that’s just to be expected. Over all amazing product. Built like a tank.

After 4000+ miles here are my thoughts. They almost made a perfect rack but barely missed it in some key areas. The good 1) the bikes are secure held in place by the tires so the frame stays in good condition. 2) very sturdy (but heavy) 3) nice to use it to store your bikes in the garage. The bad is for the price point of this rack they missed on some key elements. 1) the paint seems subpar to my other rack and scratches off very easy. 2) you have to carry a wrench to be able to tighten and loosen the anti rattle bolt (why not use a system like Kuat?) 3) it cost an extra $100+ for and extension to be able to use your tailgate to sit on while you put on all your gear or hangout after a ride. 4) I cannot even use my tailgate when the rack is flipped all the way down to the ground 5)the extension to be able to use the tailgate makes you lose at least 3” of ground clearance (this has made me to nervous to use it with an enduro bike I’m afraid I’ll trash my bike getting to some trailheads) I would only recommend it for an SUV with good ground clearance or someone that doesn’t want to use their tailgate at all. We used it on our mini van once and it scraped the ground pulling out of parking lots or going from flat ground to up hill it would hit at the transition point.
