Hi there, we love our Jeeps and put our hitch racks on them too! Our team has Jeeps with 37-inch and 35-inch spare tires, which is why we designed a hitch adapter. Our hitch adapter extends the rack back 4 inches, so the rack won't interfere with the spare tire at all. We have an image of the hitch adapter with 37s on our hitch adapter product page. “We have four bikes, which load so much easier than our past racks! Our tall 10 yr old can load bikes too. Zero frustration once you get past the price and the weight of the rack. This thing is huge, but great at hauling bikes with very little movement.”
