“I originally purchased some gold ones in store and loved so much I wanted black but had to order via online.
I did express shipping and when they arrived the box said black but inside were white.
With that I wrote an email and attached images straight away.. talk about amazing service.
They send me an email with a parcel slip and I put in the mail, but without waiting for my white ones to return, they expressed out my black ones and I got the next day.
Talk about amazing service - when there are issues like that, it is how the business handles the issue and resolution that make the service!!
