“I LOVE chalkboard stuff. I write messages for my entry way and make signs for the kids to hold (first day of school, birthday's, ect). I've used quite a few chalkboard pens and really love these. Here's what sets them apart:
-Tip: There is a chisel tip. Which means it has a pointy side or you can use the flat side, so you can get thin or thick lines. Some chisel tips I've tried don't have that thin of a tip and I can't get thin lines. This one is thin and it's also very firm, so I can really get wonderfully thin and precise lines.
-Ink: This is my favorite chalk ink. So one of my sets has a thick ink, the coverage is a little better. But when I go back over lines the marker scrapes the chalk ink off, so I can't go back over my lines. I usually write everything down, then go back over it at least one more time to smooth out the imperfections and add a little flare, like swirls and dots on my letters. Going over it a second time after I've finished the whole think allows me to tweak things after I have an idea of how my sign will look. This is the only marker I have that distributes a thin enough layer that I can do two coats without the first layer being scraped off.
-Consistent coverage: So some of my other pens lay down a really bright white, then after writing a few letters it fades. This pen worked perfectly for my whole sign without having thick and thin areas. The amount of ink that comes out is very even and predictable. That makes making a sign a whole lot easier.”
“These VersaChalk Art liquid chalk markers are great for a variety of different uses. You can use them to decorate your windows during the holidays or write messages on your car windows. I have been using them to label different food storage containers either directly on the container itself or on those little chalk labels that are super popular these days. The ink dries pretty quickly and stays put without smudging. However, they are also easily removed too with a damp paper towel.

“love chalk markers - white markers just pop on a dark background. These markers work great. In order to make it work best, it helps to hold the marker down for about 20 seconds start the flow of ink. With these pens, the ink does not flow too fast or slow. The tip is wide but chiseled, so you can write thick letters or use the tip for fine lettering. The type of surface changes the way a marker works. I tried it on regular paper and a regular chalk board, and it worked great.”
“These liquid chalk markers are great. They work great on the car windows to use when you are going to ball games to show your team spirit. They also show up great on the chalk board and do not run. I like them because I have allergies and using chalk with the dust always makes my allergies worse. I love these since their is no dust and no awful smell associated with some markers.

“Great markers! They work awesome on the windows and mirrors! Just in time to decorate for Christmas. I like to put snowflakes on the front window. They go on great and are easy to wipe off. I really like the quality of these markers. I also use them to with the chalkboard labels I got for my jars. They are perfect.”
