“Have been ordering the same k/d formula here for a few times, but this time the quality may have some problem. My cat refuse to eat!!! But then I buy another pack of hills k/d from a vet clinic, my cat keeps eating like before!! I have told the customer service abt this, they sent me another new pack, but the same problem exist.... so I think this whole batch of cat food may hv some problem. Therefore, I decided not to continue my recurring order here... what a pity, cause I love their recurring order system”
