“The experience of buying Revolution was great. But another item "Canidae dog food 5lb." that I placed the order at the same time, was a bad experience. After I placed the order and paid on Aug 23 for these two items, I was informed that Canidae won't be available until 2 weeks later. I agreed to wait for 2 more weeks and you were so kind to deliver me Revolution first. I didn't hear any news until Sep 10. I emailed to check and was informed that only 15 lb is available. 5 lb has to wait for another 2 weeks.
I was frustrated as no more food for my dog. I canceled the order and got back the refund.
I'm so disappointed with this poor service.”
