“I purchased the Vibe Smartboard S1 55" recently for our small creative agency in Detroit. It has transformed how we collaborate, learn together, conference with outside partners and clients, and handle our day-to-day operations. This thing does everything, and it does it so, so well. The UI is beautiful, the camera is seamless and high-quality, and Canvas is an absolute standout in its features and ability to collaborate both in-person and remotely. I'd buy this product again and again and hope to expand to more products as we grow. Highly, highly recommend!”

“We use the Vibe to help us produce high-end sales presentations on live video streams. I needed to play out a PowerPoint presentation on the Vibe while at the same time a host had to be able to highlight or write on the screen to emphasize important points. Lastly, our host needed to see the PPT's "presenter" view with notes while the clean PPT view was shown on the Vibe as the PPT was quite long and changed regularly. I didn't know how to do this- I could display a PPT on the Vibe and write on it, but without notes OR I could display a PPT on the vibe through the Vibe's HDMI port with notes but not write on it. So, I had a couple of ways to do 2 out of 3, but not all 3 at the same time. The help section was no help. What instructions there were addressed previous model Vibes (I had the newest model) and didn't apply to my situation or specific needs. Virtually none of the help sections applied to my model of Vibe and I found no solution to my challenge there. I reached out to Customer Support with my unique (but simple) need and through a couple of weeks of email exchanges, video calls, and research on my part and involvement with Vibe's co-founder, we eventually figured out a good method to achieve exactly what I needed the Vibe to do. It should be noted that as a result of these exchanges, Vibe will add an article in their help section to instruct others on how they too will be able to play PPT on the Vibe and still see the presenter notes on the laptop while retaining the ability to write and highlight on the screen. I would have given 5 stars because the quality of the image in the Vibe is fantastic and the customer support was great in helping me figure out how to achieve what I needed to do. But I held back a star due to the initial lack of helpful info on my particular model in the help section along with a long and involved CS process for something (the PPT playback with notes and annotation) that seems so basic yet took several smart people a couple of weeks to figure out. But we did figure it out and I heartily recommend the Vibe if your presentation needs are the same as mine. I know that Vibe is working hard to add info, tips, and helpful articles on my (new) model S1 55" so I'm sure these minor issues will be ironed out very soon.”

“TLDR This board solves a problem nobody else is solving and blew my expectations out of the water. It will increase your productivity, communication, and fun. There are no competing alternatives IMO, I highly recommend it. Packaging and assembly The packaging was incredibly easy to open up and will make for easy repacking later if I need to move the device. I loved that this device came in an anti-static bag, unlike the previous generation. The installation of the stand and the device was very fast and easy, and the instructions were clear, great experience! Sign-in / setup The setup with the new Vibe One app made signing in much easier, I love the scan QR code to pair feature. The new mobile app is worlds better than the previous one, both in design (DARK MODE!), usability, and features. Finding and installing apps was super easy, and very fast! It was great to see all the essentials already supported (Figma, Miro, Slack, Teams, Google Drive, One Drive, etc). Any apps you can’t find in the app store, you can access via Chromium. Multitasking This feature is money! Having my notes open in Notion while also working on a design file in Figma is so handy. Without this feature, I would constantly need a second device handy (with my notes on it) to really put the Vibe Board to work. I found myself wanting to pin more than two apps, but I understand this is probably a limitation of the underlying Chrome OS. Why I bought it I regularly find myself needing a tactile drawing experience for sharing ideas, brainstorming, sketching designs, etc. Sometimes a mouse and keyboard can get in the way. I've tried many different solutions to this: drawing on an iPad, HP Envy X360 (foldable with touchscreen and pen), Wacom Intuos products, scannable paper products, and I even tried VR solutions. In the end, I realized the issue was I needed more space than an iPad or paper notebook could offer, and I needed a way to share this easily with others (in real-time). My stopgap solution has been using Miro on a laptop with a stylus, but most laptops with a stylus only work well with pen-native apps or with the Windows "whiteboard" app. This results in all bad choices: either use an app like Microsoft Whiteboard with limited features, use the app I want but lose the ability to draw freehand, or deal with horrible drawing lag/inaccuracy. How it’s going It's almost hard to know what to do with the freedom the Vibe Board brings. I had music playing on Spotify in the background, my meeting notes open, I took a screenshot of the current website design, pasted that screenshot onto a canvas, and began to work on my redesign…all at once, using only the Vibe Board. The ability to do all this without juggling another device at the same time felt so freeing. It's also an incredible feeling to do this while standing up since I have trouble sitting still and moving around helps me think. Of course, the real value underpinning all of this is the tactile writing/drawing on a large surface, which is possible not only in the design apps but on any screen by clicking the pen shortcut in the bottom right. I don't think I've fully gotten the hang of the device yet, but I'm already in love with it. The stand The more I use the board the more I've come to love the stand. I'm constantly rolling it in sight of my camera for meetings and then back against the wall when I'm using it on my own. I've gotten multiple compliments on the stand itself, and I feel like it probably doesn't get enough attention in feedback channels. When I first unboxed it I immediately noticed the unique wheels, I love the attention to detail and the modern style. It adds major value to the board, and you can tell that the team building it didn't take shortcuts. Huge bonus *(pun warning) People don’t talk about the fun factor enough! My kids love drawing on this thing and it’s more than durable enough to set them loose on it. Not only that, but when I’m not using the board it makes a fantastic extra display for playing music (the sound system is CRISP), movies (4k!), or just setting a vibe (*you were warned) for your workspace. Websites like poolsuite.net come to life in a totally new way on a large touchscreen. You can play low-fi radio, music video playlists, nature sounds, twitch streams, …the list goes on. Plus you can customize your wallpaper and screensaver to match your preferences or your company’s brand.”

“The new Vibe exceeds our expectations. Being able to install almost any android app successfully and having profiles so that some apps are only accessible if you log into a profile has been very useful. If I could improve on it, it would be removable storage by adding an SD card expansion slot and adding an optional tray for the stand that goes in between the stand legs. If I want to connect a laptop to it, I do not want to have an additional table beside it. Last, it would be an optional battery so that it can run for several hours, even if it's just a couple of hours unplugged. I would buy these items if they were available as optional accessories. That said, the board is incredibly useful, much more than comparable products like a Jamboard. You can use the Jamboard app with the Vibe S1 without issues along with thousands of other programs. With the diversity of apps available in the Android App Store, this board is the switch army knife, jack of all trades touch screen TV we were looking for.”
