Iron Tablets - Who Needs Them?
Directions: As a food supplement, aduls and children aged 13 and above should take 4 sprays daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Shake well before every use. Depress the pump 3 times for the first use and carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.Replace the cap after use. Once opened use within 6 months.
Dosage:
Children aged 3–5 years should take one (1) spray daily.
Children aged 6–8 years should take two (2) sprays daily.
Children aged 9–12 years should take three (3) sprays daily.
Children aged 13 years and older and adults should take four (4) sprays daily.
Does not have to be taken with food or at a set time of day, find a time that fits best with your daily routine. Keep out of childrens reach.

What time of day should I use the spray?The oral spray can be taken at any time of day, the key is to make it part of your daily routine. Many people find it is easiest to take it first thing in the morning as part of their morning routine, but as the sprays are easy to use, portable and don't need to be taken with food or drink, they can be used any time of day.

Should I take all four sprays together or spread it throughout the day?This is down to personal preference, either way provides optimal absorption. Though you may find it easier to take them all together to ensure you don't forget a dose. The oral sprays do not need to be taken with food or a drink so can be used at your convenience. Studies have found that the best place for absorption are on the inside of the cheek. When using multiple sprays we would recommend spraying in this area.
