Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin ageing. Many sun creams contain a filter (ingredient) which helps to protect the skin from the sun's rays. In some cases, this can interact with certain fabrics and may stain clothes or other fabrics. It is for this reason care should be taken when applying sunscreen around clothing.
