Niacinamide Serum 5% by Garden of Wisdom for VH is a lightweight serum which helps to regulate oil production, and supports the appearance of enlarged pores and blemished-prone skin. Niacinamide Serum also helps to even out skin tone, calm rosacea-prone skin and help achieve a smooth complexion.
Niacinamide Serum's, Vitamin B3, benefits include helping to regulate sebum (oil) activity, improve the appearance of pores, protect skin from inflammatory skin conditions, blemishes and breakouts, and uneven skin tone. GOW 5% Niacinamide Serum also contains Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5), which binds to moisture, acting as a natural hydrator that improves your skin's softness and elasticity. In helping to restore the skin’s barrier function, it also helps prevent dehydration, leaving you with smooth, radiant skin.

How to use: Use Niacinamide Serum in the morning and evening. Apply a sufficient amount onto your cleansed face; leave for 30 seconds before applying any other serums or moisturisers. N.B. Niacinamide should be applied at alternate times with Vitamin C (ideally Vitamin C in the evening and Niacinamide in the morning). Niacinamide can affect the performance of Vitamin C.

Can I use Niacinamide if I have sensitive skin?Niacinamide generally considered as a gentle ingredient and typically well-tolerated. This means it can be used on many skin types and for a variety of concerns, including dryness, tightness and flakiness. We do always suggest a patch test and allowing 48hrs first if you are prone to irritation.
Does my body produce Niacinamide?Niacinamide is not produced naturally by the body, so in order to gain the benefits of niacinamide, you need to choose skincare products specifically formulated to include niacinamide.
Can I use Niacinamide when pregnant or breastfeeding?It is generally considered safe for use during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding. Please consult your physician prior to use if concerned.
Is Niacinamide good for my oily skin?Niacinamide has been shown to regulate sebum (oil) activity, so yes, it is helpful for this.
