I cannot seem to get the product out? It will not pump. Why is this?Sometimes the pumps can get an air bubble or blockage, and if you bang the container really hard on a hard surface a few times this normally clears it.
What is the difference between Vitamin C 23% & C-Deep?You cannot directly compare the two vitamin C serums as one contains the acidic form of vitamin C, L-ascorbic acid and the other contains a derivative of vitamin C called Tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate. Vitamin C 23% Serum works to quickly brighten and freshen skin appearance whilst also working to enhance collagen synthesis. C-Deep contains the non-acidic vitamin C which works gradually to lighten and freshen skin's appearance but it does penetrate deeper and so it works quicker to enhance collagen synthesis - it is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin. C-Deep is based in squalane oil. Vitamin C 23% is more of a serum and is not oil based.
