How to use: Spray a fine mist over your pillow. Lie back and breathe in the lavender scent through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds. Use Neom Sleep Pillow spray at bedtime to help you fall asleep faster, reduce sleep anxiety and improve sleep quality
