Can I mix Clean Lean Protein and Good Green Vitality Together?Yes! In fact, we encourage it.
What Is The Difference Between Good Green Vitality And Clean Lean Protein?Good Green Vitality is the gold standard in nutritional support. With a comprehensive blend of essential nutrients designed to help fill the gaps in our modern diet, it is a convenient solution to support all areas of health in one easy, daily serve. Good Green Vitality contains a perfectly balanced blend of plant foods, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, adaptogens, probiotics, and more. The specific form of each ingredient has been selected for their maximum bioavailability and efficacy, providing a synergistic effect that supports everything from immunity to cognitive function, and energy production to digestion.  In comparison, Clean Lean Protein is a plant-based protein powder made from 100% pure European golden peas. Clean Lean Protein contains all nine essential amino acids, is a natural source of iron and is high in protein, but low in sugar and carbs. Available in eight delicious flavours, the smooth texture, taste, and allergen free properties of Clean Lean Protein make it suitable for almost everyone. Clean Lean Protein is perfect for boosting your daily protein intake, weight management or recovery and repair after exercise.
Have You Done An Analysis Of The Oxalate Content In Good Green Vitality?Good Green Vitality is an all-in-one supplement formula packed with nutrients to support every system of the body and therefore includes some plant foods considered high in oxalates.  At this stage, Nuzest have not analysed the full oxalate content for a serve of Good Green Vitality. There is around 700mg of the ingredients considered high in oxalates, however these wholefood ingredients have been processed and dehydrated which makes it very unlikely to contain high levels of oxalates given that these usually are removed during processing.  Oxalates is a compound naturally found in many foods and for that reason they are practically unavoidable. Generally, wholefood powders have a risk of small amounts present, but these would be considerably lower than what is found in their whole food state.  If you are following a diet low in oxalates due to kidney stones or other reasons, we recommend consulting with your doctor or health care practitioner before taking any new supplements.
Can Good Green Vitality Support Digestive Health?Yes, Good Green Vitality includes a variety of ingredients that support digestion. It contains 8 billion CFU probiotics in the form of Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacteria lactus. Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria are bacteria that are naturally occurring in nature, fermented foods, and are part of the human gut. These strains assist in the regulation of digestion and the absorption of nutrients. They have also been shown to improve gut-health via reducing diarrhoea, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).  Good Green Vitality also contains prebiotic fibres, including psyllium husk, slippery elm, and apple pectin. Psyllium husk is known to reduce constipation. Apple pectin is considered a ‘gentle’ prebiotic that does not appear to cause gastric disturbances, when compared to other fibres, and has demonstrated excellent results in improving bacteria status. Slippery elm contains mucilaginous compounds that provide a soothing effect for mucous membranes and may play a role in feeding the cells of the gastrointestinal tract and gut bacteria. Aloe vera has also been included to provide a soothing and nourishing effect for the gastrointestinal tract. Lastly, bromelain from pineapple is included in the formulation for its digestive benefits.
Can Good Green Vitality Be Taken By Those That Have Cancer? We always recommend that anyone with a pre-existing condition and those taking medication consult a qualified health practitioner before using any nutritional supplement.  We cannot offer advise on this.
Can Good Green Vitality Be Taken As A Meal Replacement?Whilst Good Green Vitality contains over 75 ingredients that support overall body health, it does not contain the appropriate amount of protein or carbohydrates needed for optimal health. Good Green Vitality has been formulated with a comprehensive blend of essential nutrients to help fill the gaps in our modern diet and can be used in conjunction with a balanced diet to promote optimal health and wellbeing.  It is not a meal replacement.
How Should Good Green Vitality Be Consumed?Good Green Vitality is a convenient solution to support all areas of health in one easy, daily serve. Simply add one (10g) scoop of Good Green Vitality to 250ml of water or juice of your choice, and enjoy. You can also combine Good Green Vitality with Clean Lean Protein in a smoothie, for an added boost of nutrients.
When Is The Best Time To Take Good Green Vitality?Good Green Vitality is best taken in the morning as some ingredients included in the formulation, such as B vitamins, promote energy production.
How Much Choline Is In Good Green Vitality?Choline is naturally occurring in the form of phosphatidylcholine in sunflower lecithin. Phosphatidylcholine makes up 25% of the sunflower lecithin, and evidence shows choline to comprise approximately 13% of phosphatidylcholine.  Each serving of Good Green Vitality contains 16.25mg choline.
Equation:
There is 500mg sunflower lecithin per serving in Good Green Vitality
25%= 125mg phosphatidylcholine
13% of 125mg = 16.25mg choline
(Please note that it is not tested per batch and the values can differ from batch to batch.)
Do You Have References To Support The Benefits Of Good Green Vitality Formulation?Good Green Vitality is a research-based formula developed by a global team of health experts. Is GGV gluten free?Wheat grass and barley grass used in GGV are both gluten free, as they do not contain the seed/grain – which is where the protein that triggers an allergic response and subsequent allergen warning is contained. As the grasses are harvested without seed or grain inclusion, there is no gluten risk.  Additionally, every batch of GGV is tested for Gluten to ensure that international standards for “gluten free” claims are able to be made and substantiated.

Highly recommend this product, if you don't want to or don't like taking tablets, my husband does not like taking tablets, feels like they get stuck in his throat, this is ideal for him, still with the vitamins, minerals, and greens which is a bonus, I started taking it as well, pleasant-tasting and will continue to take.
