Start with the Eye Rescue Lidstick, an Optometrist-developed 360o eye balm designed to tackle the most common eye skin concerns and restore eyes to their healthy best. The Lidstick blends potent botanicals like Oat Ceramides, Evening Primrose Oil and Kakadu Plum to brighten the eye area, reduce the appearance of fine lines and hydrate the delicate eye skin. How to use: Eye Rescue Lidstick is designed to be used overnight. Cleanse the eye area well using your preferred eye cleanser. Twist the body of the lid slowly to reveal the product, and apply a thin layer over closed eyes. It can be applied to the entire eye area: under the eyes, sides of the eyes, and the upper eyelid. Do not apply to eyelashes or too close to the lash line. If over twisted use a clean finger to gently push the product back down before replacing the lid. Follow with the Heated Eye Wand™ PRO Nickel Free. Heat up your wand to your preferred temperature between 37- 45 °C (this should take about 1 minute). To use the Heated Eye Wand ™ PRO, press and hold the on/off button to turn it on. Use the +/- signs to select your preferred temperature (we recommend starting at 42°C). Allow 60 seconds for the device to reach the correct temperature. Select your preferred mode of the four available using short presses of the on/off button. Run the wand gently from the inner to outer corner of the eye for 1-2 minutes per eye. Press and hold the on/off button to turn it off.
Eye Rescue LidstickFor external, topical use only. If any irritation occurs, rinse with cool water and discontinue use immediately. Made in an environment that uses nut oils. Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Stable up to a temperature of 35o C degree. Do not apply to eyelashes or too close to the lash line. Contains Oats.

What’s the consistency and texture of the Peep Club Lidstick? Does it have a matte or shiny finish? All Peep Club products are specifically formulated for the most gentle possible application around the eye area, and this includes the new Lidstick, which has the perfect ‘slip’ to easily glide along the eyelids without any pulling, dragging, or roughness. The product leaves a dewy, glowy finish but is incredibly lightweight. The applicator itself allows for only a very thin layer to be applied.
Is Eye Rescue Lidstick a multi-purpose product? Can it be used as a makeup primer? Can it be used to remove makeup? Peep Club Lidstick could be used as a makeup primer or even as a way to add dewiness or glaze to your lids or brow bone for a fresh makeup look. Peep Club Soothing Coconut Eye Balm is a better choice for removing makeup as it comes in a larger size, but if you were in a bind, you could certainly use the Eye Rescue Lidstick to remove eye makeup. The primary purpose of this Lidstick is an all-round overnight eye treatment to restore the skin around the eyes and eyelids and build and fortify the lashes. The tube itself only has a small amount of product, as we specifically want to encourage our customers to abide by the strict expiry dates that are most important for eyecare products.
Can this eye balm prevent blepharitis from developing? Blepharitis is an inflammation of the eyelids and eyelashes that is closely linked to Dry Eyes. The most common symptoms are sore eyelids, itchy eyes, eyes sticking together in the morning, and general symptoms of dry eyes. Blepharitis can have a number of causes but primarily occurs when there is a bacterial overgrowth around the eyelids, normally because the Meibomian Glands which line the upper and lower eyelids do not produce adequate oil (your eye’s natural defence against this bacteria). It can also be caused by skin conditions like seborrheic dermatitis (dandruff). The balm can help reduce the inflammation on the eyelids and restore them to their happy, healthy best. It is designed specifically to help rescue (hence the name, Eye Rescue) the eyelids from the wear and tear of daily life, so that you wake up with softer, rejuvenated, fortified eyelids and lashes.
Is the Eye Rescue Balm good if you have other eye conditions, such as conjunctivitis? This product cannot be used to treat any eye condition, like conjunctivitis, etc. The Lidstick is designed to tackle the most important and common eye area concerns, which from an aesthetic point of view are crepiness of the eyelids, finelines around the eyes, and dark under eye circles.
How does it help dry eyes? Dry eyes are often accompanied by inflamed or very dry eyelids, making the whole eye area uncomfortable and very vulnerable to infection. The Lidstick is designed to reduce inflammation on the eyelids and also keep the whole eye area protected overnight (particularly from bacteria).
Can it help lash growth (if the balm keeps them clean and healthy?) Yes, absolutely. It can make the lashes stronger and help them with their natural growth cycle. While it doesn’t have any specific ingredients that promote hair growth, one of the key reasons for sparse eyelashes is that the eyelids themselves are inflamed and disrupted. Peep Club Eye Rescue Lidstick is designed specifically to restore balance to the lids and lashes and allow them to grow healthy and strong.
What is the difference between the original and the Peep Club Heated Eye Wand Pro?This new version now comes with a fourth mode, a heat-only mode, as well as the three existing modes which are available on the original device.
Is it normal for my eyes to water when using the Peep Club Heated Eye Wand Pro?The watering of the eyes is very normal - most people using the wand will experience watering in either one or both eyes - it is actually a good sign although can be a little unnerving!
Is it normal for my eyes to twitch after/ during using the Peep Club Heated Eye Wand Pro?This is likely due to the massage feature of the wand which may have caused a minor reflex of one of your eye muscles. A twitch tends to be the eye muscles around the eye contracting - just like how after the first run in a while some people might find their calf twitching a little bit. It is nothing to be worried about and it should subside by itself - the muscle has likely just been stimulated by the wand. It is very likely that as the muscles get used to the massage this happens less frequently and ultimately stops happening all together - but of course, it might happen a few more times. If you are finding it very irritating it is probably best to discontinue use.
Can I use the Peep Club Heated Eye Wand Pro after cataract surgery?If it has been more than 6 months post-cataract surgery and you have been fully discharged from hospital then it should be fine to use the wand. But we would always advise you ask your Optometrist if you are at all concerned as all eyes are unique.
Can I use the Peep Club Heated Eye Wand Pro after glaucoma surgery?If it has been more than 12 months post-glaucoma surgery and you have been fully discharged from hospital then it should be fine to use the wand. How long should it take the Peep Club Heated Eye Wand Pro to charge?The wand should go from no charge to fully charged after 1 night of charging. However, we really advise that you never let the wand go completely flat as this is not great for the battery. It is better to always keep your wand at full charge (which should only take a few hours of charging every week but may need charging more frequently eg every day after you have had it for 1 year - this is the same with most electrical goods eg electric toothbrushes).
What is the lifespan of thev Peep Club Heated Eye Wand Pro?The wand should last 2-4 years before needing replacement. It is under warranty for 1 full year after purchase. You may start to notice the wand will still work but does not perform as well afterMy wand isn't turning on The on button can be quite stiff when the wand first arrives. We advise trying a few times to turn it on and holding down the on button. Also perhaps asking someone to help you. It will get easier as the on button loosens up through regular use.
Does the Peep Club Heated Eye Wand Pro come with a charger?Yes, the wand comes with a USB A charging cable - we do have many customers from the US or overseas and their feedback is that it works well with existing USB A adaptor plugs that they have available in their country
