Directions: As a food supplement, take two capsules together at any time of day, or as directed by your healthcare professional. These can be taken with or without food. Wild Nutrition supplements are made from food, so you don't need to take them with a meal. Capsules can be opened and added to any cold food or drink.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking any food supplement. We recommend not taking this product for one month before commencing any type of IUI or IVF, or during any stage of the cycle. You can, however, take this for pre-conception support and after you have given birth. We do not recommend this product during pregnancy, however you can take it as soon as you have given birth as well as whilst breastfeeding. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight (this product does not need to be refrigerated). Keep out of reach of children. Should I take this in the morning or evening?Either time works well. We recommend taking this in the morning to help get you through a mentally or physically challenging day, or in the evening to help you unwind and promote a deep, restful sleep.
Can I take more than 2 capsules per day?Yes, you can. If you feel that you need extra support, try taking two capsules in the morning and two in the evening.

Ashwagandha is a great herb for managing stress levels, which is essential for healthy fertility, and also helps to balance both male and female hormones. If you are undergoing assisted fertility (such as IVF), please contact our customer care team to discuss whether this product is right for you.
