“I've started taking the duo as a supplement to my daily routine of healthy eating to improve the density of my hair and to give my skin a boost. I have read that that there is evidence to support the ingestion of marine biotics does help to strengthen the actual hair follicle. It's too early to know if they are making a difference, I intend using them for around 6 months and will review their efficacy again at this point.”
