“I have been taking vida glow for 1 month now and I'm slowing noticing a difference. It's not a miracle overnight fix but I'm able to notice my nail strength difference and hair strength. Soon I hope to notice my skin. I'm definitely continuing taking vida glow!”

Hi Rebecca, We appreciate you leaving your review. We recommend taking our Marine Collagen for 6-8 weeks before you will start seeing changes to your skin and nails, hair can take up to 3 months before you see results as the hair cycle is a longer process.
