“I don’t like taking vitamin capsules but Vida Glow comes in convenient sachets and fine powder with a scoop and can be added to coffee, tea or water. That makes it easy to include as a part of my daily ritual and means I’m committed to looking after my health. I think my skin, nails and hair are much improved.”

“I have never looked after my skin until now, which is a tad late - but better late than never they say! So you can imagine after spending my life in the sun I have spots, creases, blotches, pores - you name it!! After using marine collagen (and I was sceptical) I have noticed improvements such as smaller pores, more even skin tone and finer lines and hopefully stronger bones! Just about to order my second tub :)”
