“I've been using Vida Glow for about a month now after a recommendation by a friend and I am already seeing results. My hairdresser has commented that I have new hair growth (I hadn't told her I was taking this supplement) and my skin is starting to feel softer and my nails are shiny again. I put it in my tea in the morning and I can't really taste it at all. I will certainly carry on taking it for now.”
