“Within a week I noticed a difference in the appearance of my skin, particularly fine lines around the eye area. After the 2nd week, my skin just felt smoother and silkier all over. “I received four boxes of the Vida Glow Hyaluronic Complex ingestible serum as part of the Beauty Works trial. Each box contains 14 individual vials of 25ml of the liquid food supplement. As part of the trial, I took 2 vials a day (1-2 a day per the packaging), once in the morning and once in the evening at least 8 hours apart. The instructions stated not to mix with other food/liquid although this is not stated as such on the packaging or the website. The ingestible serum was taken straight from the vial. I would have found it easier to incorporate into my routine if I could have taken it as mixed into my morning smoothie. Nevertheless, the acai berry flavour is very pleasant to drink from the vial and a real treat twice a day. In addition to hyaluronic acid, the food supplement contains other active ingredients such as niacin, biotin, vitamin C, zinc, gotu kola extract, lycopene and coenzyme q10. It's a great product for hydrating the skin as well antioxidants for boosting overall skin health. I haven't noticed a huge difference in my skin texture, however I do feel the condition of my nails has visibly improved and feel less brittle.”

“Despite the delicious berry flavour, I didn’t notice a particular difference in my skin after the 4 weeks aside from lessened breakouts. I think i would like to give the products a good 2-3 months to see a noticeable difference. I have had a noticeable difference in the amount of breakouts (they’ve lessened) since taking the ampoules however I didn’t really notice a difference in the hydration of my skin. The ampoules were a seamless addition to my daily routine and we’re much more convenient than regular powdered supplements. I simply kept them on my kitchen bench as a reminder to take it daily. The packaging is very aesthetic. I like the minimalism of the white and silver and in terms of look and feel, it’s something that appeals to me. If I had seen a noticeable change in my skins hydration then I would continue to buy the products however as I didn’t notice any changes in that area, I would prefer to splurge on skincare such as a serum instead.”

“I took this product twice a day for a month and my opinions were mixed. The liquid has a berry type flavour which is quite pleasant. The ampoules were convenient for on the go although I do have concerns about the amount of plastic used. Results are a little hard to say as they were subtle. Having a mature skin and some deeper wrinkles I wasn’t expecting a massive change but I am pleased to say that I did think my skin appeared to be more plump and hydrated during the time I was taking it so for that I would say it has some effectiveness. My advice would be to give it a try and see how you go.”

“It truly is like a cocktail for your face. By looking after your insides you are also looking after your outside. I have tried a couple ingestible collegens before and the tastes was terrible. Thankfully Vida Glows it's not too bad. I love that it's packaged in individual size portions so that its all measured up and easy to take quickly when you lead a busy life. I found that my skin feels more hydrated and also my hair and nails have benefited also. I would definitely recommend this product!”

“Before starting this ViDa glow complex trial, I was facing a few skin concerns. Dehydrated skin texture, a few concerning breakouts on my face and body, low brain clarity. After taking this supplement for just three days I noticed a significant improvement in my skin and overall health. I have been taking two ampoules without fail and find that it tastes better if you store it in the fridge the night before consumption. I have seen a significant improvement in my overall health and received many compliments from friends and colleagues of my glowing appearance. I do recommend if you have a generally good diet and exercise a bit like myself, please try this supplement as you wouldn’t regret what wonders it does for your overall body. I am really happy with the results and would definitely purchase it in the future.”

“This product is going to part of my beauty regime! I have been using topical hydrating serums for 20 years but nothing has worked like this! My skin remained hydrated throughout the entire day, whereas by the end of the day it would feel dry and look really lacklustre. I really noticed it after my morning shower when my skin would usually be taught and dehydrated until I added my serums and moisturiser, but after using Vida Glow's Hyaluyronic Complex I would step out of the shower with already hydrated skin! Another great benefit was my skin was hydrated all over, from my hands (that suffer during change of season) to my elbows and knees. I LOVE the packaging! I had a box on display on my bathroom bench and one on my home office desk - so I never missed a dose. The flavour of the product was really pleasant and not overwhelming, so it made it easy for me to add to my morning and evening routine. The slightly thick texture was also lovely. The quantity of the dose in the viles was perfect - it was quick and easy to consume. The benefits are more long-lasting and being made in Germany gives me confidence that it is a quality made product”
