“Really nice in porridge as it doesn't change the taste of it. I have been using one scoop a day and after a little more than a week I haven't seen visible results but maybe it is too early to say.”

“I Have been using this product for the past 3-4 years and will never stop! I have a scoop every morning with hot water and lemon. I used to get bad cystic acne and had lost a lot of hair when I fractured my wrist. This product helped my hair grow back plus make it much thicker than ever before. Also,I have not had any bad cystic break outs. Can’t recomend this enough. It’s a total life changer and I will never stop using it!!”
