“The flavor takes some getting used to. I, personally, wouldn't recommend drinking in just water. I WILL SAY, my body seems much happier, internally. I don't crave sweets, as much, either. I cant tell if it is a mind over matter thing, or the product, but I, also, have found myself eating much healthier, without realizing it.”
