Hi Peter, We are really sorry about this situation. Our consignment of Tobacco flavouring from Dekang has been stuck in customs UK since 24th February 2025 due to an incorrect HS code used by our supplier (Dekang). We have been trying to contact the customs team every day since 24th Feb, our latest update from 26th March is that they have now released the shipment and we should receive very soon. We understand your frustration, we are equally frustrated with this situation especially the length of time it has taken to resolve.
