“The house was in a perfect location and the host was very kind and responsive. There were a few disappointments that were not expected for a rental in this price range. There were many broken things, some of which were quickly replaced after we notified the host. Shower heads (3) were broken, missing umbrella and broken umbrella stands. Many of the outdoor wooden lounge chairs were broken, several dining room chairs were broken. The tea pot was very corroded and gross inside. There was only one hair dryer and one safe for the whole house. No towel racks in bathrooms to hang wet towels, no shelf or rack in shower to place soaps/ shampoos, only 3-4 hangers per room, no beach towels (we had to buy our own), no pool toys (we had to buy our own), no cleaning for the two weeks we were there, only one change of towels and sheets mid way, no instructions for check out, garbage pick up or use of TV. We have rented many different villas in Europe and elsewhere over the years and all of these amenities are usually provided. The 1500euro cash deposit was a real inconvenience, especially having to travel back to the states with that money ch money and the value lost for converting it back to dollars, it should be possible to provide the security deposit through some form of electronic or credit card. We nevertheless really enjoyed our time at Villa Baronessa. Most of these issues are easily resolved.”

“Wunderschöne Villa, alles ordentlich, sauber und super nette Besitzer! Villa liegt nur 2 Minuten vom Zentrum und sämtlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiteiten, wie Metzger, Bäcker, Markt, Fischmarkt, Restaurants entfernt. Die Promenade und das Meer, genau gegenüber. Wir empfehlen unbedingt das Restaurant Mala More zu besuchen. Das Restaurant liegt ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt und bittet edles Menü und tolles Service. In der Villa selbst wird das Pool regelmäßig gereinigt und PH Wert ermittelt. Egal welches Wetter draußen, man kann immer im Pool baden, da das Wasser immer gleiches Temperatur hat. Ebenfalls das Whirlpool wird regelmäßig sauber gemacht. Es gibt ein sehr schönes Spielplatz mit einem Trampolin, Häuschen, Sandkasten, Schaukel. Wenn etwas nicht rund läuft, wird es sofort behoben. So haben wir festgestellt, dass eine Rollo bei uns nicht geht, schon paar Stunden später kam ein Master und alles erledigt. Wir haben eine Putzfrau gebraucht und das war in weniger Stunden erledigt. Mit so guten Villa - Besitzer werden Sie hier super Versorgt und sicherlich zufrieden. Also nach 2 Wochen unseren Aufenthaltes, wollen wir wieder zurück, unbedingt. Diese Villa empfehlen wir unbedingt weiter!”

“Wir haben unseres Urlaub in der Villa Baronessa verbracht. Die Villa war wunderschön, ganz nah am Meer in der kleinen Stadt Kastela. Sie können Tagesausflüge zu Split, Trogir und anderen Städten machen, weil die nicht weit weg sind. Alles was sie brauchen Restaurant, Bars und Supermarktes sind zu Fuß erreichbar, Sie brauchen überhaupt kein Auto. Die Agentur hat für uns private Tagesausflüge organisiert, die waren super.”

“Die Villa ist Baronessa hat uns sehr viel gefallen. In der kleinen Stadt Kastela ist sie. Kastela sind ganz schon alles konnen sie zu fus machen sie brauchen kein auto. Die villa ist ganz nah am Meer wo auch Ihre Kinder spas haben konnen. Das einzige problem ist das es ein bisschen zu nah an der strase ist aber zum Gluck gibt es dort nicht viel Verkehr.”
