“I have been buying Kentucky tobacco flavour from VIP for many years but this latest new stuff is a disgusting taste. The old stuff is still shown on their website which is fraudulent because that is not what will arrive at your home. Please go back to the old stuff or I will need to find a new supplier”

“Have used the old blend for years. Very happy with it. Bought the new version, it is awful, gives me a sore thtoat and tastes horrible. Will take my business elsewhere which is a shame.”

“I am gutted. I just paid £18 for your new USA Kentucky. It’s water. NO FLAVOUR. £18 might not seem much to you but to me it is. I just purchased 6 bottles of water. I now have to do the long search for an eliquid that is as close to old USA as possible. I don’t understand how you are getting away with it”

“The new “improved” USA KENTUCKY LIQUID is absolutely disgusting. I don’t understand why you had to change the recipe????? Unfortunately yesterday was the last time I bought your products unless will start offering again the old liquid. Me and my wife been your costumers for the last 6.5 vaping exclusively your brand and spending at least £70/ months. We both have the same opinion about this “new, improved” product. Regards”
