“I am so disappointed with this product. I have used it for years but this batch was awful. I don't know what has been done to it but whatever it is please change it back. I bought 10 of them and now I'm going to have to buy a menthol one to mix it with just so I can get them used up. What a waste of money!! Also the liquid takes ages to come through and you have to press really hard. Not good when you have arthritis.”

“I agree with the previous reviewer that the remix blend is not anywhere near as good as the original USA Kentucky flavour. It is so frustrating as I have used this blend for 5 years and will now have to search out a replacement”

“Been buying Kentucky tobacco for over 5 years but after reading the reviews I won’t be buying this new flavour. GUTTED talk about fixing something that isn’t broke. Obviously looking to make more profit, well VIP are already one of the more expensive suppliers so come on sort it out or you’ll have no customers left.”

“I can’t say how disappointed I am that you have changed the USA Kentucky Tabacco e-liquid flavour. After years of trying other brands I have been a loyal customer to your company for Many, many years as I felt this was the only genuine juice that came anything close to tabacco without a sweet flavour like every other vape juice out there. I will have to start looking elsewhere now for something similar unless it is changed back as I can’t tolerate it.”

“What have you done to the American Kentucky tobacco flavour e liquid it is the most disgusting upgrade I have ever tasted i have been a loyal customer with your company for many years always ordering the Kentucky tobacco flavour eliquid as many of my friends and family also do we have spent a great deal of money with your company over the years you have now lost a lot of custom and money from us all you should listen to your many other loyal customers who also find this upgrade disgusting we all would not use this upgraded liquid if you gave it away for free fetch the original flavour back and keep your loyal customers upgrade disgusting”

“Been using this brand for almost 7 year, only flavour I liked and now it is disgusting, spend a fortune on e-liquid from yourselves and my business will definitely be took elsewhere to another company, why mess around with something that was already perfect to start with, you should really consider going back to original flavour e liquid back to 70/30 instead of this this 50/50 rubbish you are now supplying, myself and at least 3 other members of my framing and numerous friend will now be taking the their business elsewhere once again the FLAVOUR UPGRADE IS VILE!!! Lost a lot of money doing this”
