I’ve been buying the products for a number of years. I agree with an earlier review that the bottles are now too hard to squeeze so I hope this constructive criticism is given due attention Made an order on 11 January. Made the payment but haven’t received any notification or the product. Sent email on 18 and it takes 48 hours for a response. Tried calling but voice message is full. Where are these people. Tired calling today and was on hold for ages so I’ve given up. Give me the product or return my £120!!

Firstly, I’ve been buying British Gold for a lot of years and suddenly the ‘Taste’ Has changed and not for the best … Secondly, the ‘New’ Bottles are so hard to squeeze the liquid out … I have arthritis in my hands / thumbs / fingers Etc. and the pain I’m experiencing after trying to squeeze out the liquid is excruciating!! Why change something that worked, for something that clearly doesn’t anymore … Please, try to sort out these problems or, I will have to change my supplier … Thank You

The taste has changed. Why? I won’t be buying this again as the aftertaste is just awful! I don’t understand why you change something that sells so well.

This is the 2nd time in 2 months British Gold 3mg has been out of stock. Will have to go elsewhere if this doesn't improve soon. Very disappointed with VIP ELIZABETH CLARK

Always order the same British gold juice. This is the second time they have been out of stock with the 18mg. Do they not know that if u can’t get it then ull go elsewhere. Seems really bad a company that supplies ejuice for people that really need it. Have found another company that’s 100 times better and also might I add they process and deliver at weekends. I ordered 10 bottles on Saturday and they were delivered on mon, and they never have low stock. Think VIP needs to get there house in order. Will never go back to them.

I’ve been vaping British Gold for about 6 years, it works for me especially having got used to the 50/50, a bit weird to start off with, but now no problems. Would love it more so if you did a 1mg, I’ve been using 3mg for a while now. Always found VIP to be good value for money & they always deliver promptly,

I am a MTL Vaper and I have used VIP British Gold 20mg 70PG/30VG for Years now. New Formula tastes horrible (Sweeter), with less of a hit and it is not at all like the previous Trusted formula. And the new Bottles are hard to dispense the liquid into my tank, very hard to squeeze out... Causing wastage. Why try to fix something if it Ain't Broken. I am going to have find another brand. Bye bye VIP

Please bring back the old flavour plus the old bottles as these you have to squeeze so much to get the liquid out.
