Why? Why? Have you changed this? It is awful...I have been a habitual customer of vip for years but the change in this liquid has left me looking for an alternative juice and retailer...such as shame

I ordered my usual menthol triple ice oil. This is terrible, tastes cheap and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I feel sick and have a headache. Now i need to throw 30 quid in the bin! Very dispointed, how can you treat loyal customers like this, i feel you will lose in the long run unless you change back , i will NEVER order again

Why have you changed this !!........the new one is terrible and nothing like the original, I shall not be buying this again and willl look elsewhere for an alternative.

What have you done this is awful i feel sick and have heart palpitations like i did years ago when i bought a cheap liquid from a shop this needs addressing straight away.

I have just received my order of triple menthol ice that I have been vaping from you for many years. It is a different taste and colour. I’m disappointed.... You should inform your customers of the change and let them decide if they wish to try it. I have paid for these oils and it’s not what I usually receive!! What has happened to the original oil? I look forward to your comments. Thank you

This product is awful! I have been using the previous version for 5 years and never used anything else as it was the best I ever found. Now I'm stuck looking for something else as this is so bad. It also have me a sore throat! Why would you change such a good product without even asking customers as it seems to be the general consensus that this is shockingly bad!

Used this for 2 years. This now tastes like a cheap liquid in a cheap bottle, but still VIP prices, might as well go back to my cheap liquid. Lost sales from me I’m afraid

This new triple menthol has no bearing on the old one whatsoever. it’s thinner tastes completely different and seems like a cheaper alternative. I have been purchasing the original for years now and will need to seek a new brand.
