Check the bottle to see if the ingredients are listed and how thorough the list is. Be cautious of e-liquids which do not have the relevant UK TPD warnings or are manufactured internationally, as they will not meet these same standards.

“Why have you changed this when it was one of your best sellers. I'm so disappointed with the new flavour, it's more mint and less black ice blast. Please, please bring back the old one and let us choose! This is the only liquid I use and now will have to source a new one after 2 years.”

“This new mix of Black Ice blast is disgusting. Little to no flavour with a plastic aftertaste. I’ve used this product for the past 7 years and will not be reordering. It looks like you are trying to pass of the Vype liquids as VIP given the new ownership. This is not right and needs clarified. I would appreciate it if someone could respond to my direct email as the complaint I registered 4 days ago has not even been acknowledged. Please bring back the old flavours!”

“Have used this oil for years. Always always use this but not they have changed the flavour and taken away the strength i like. Not the same really disappointed have to look elsewhere now.”

“I've been using black ice blast for years & out of all the million juices I've tried, it WAS the only juice I liked. However, since the recipe has changed I no longer like it. The fact I had to Google it to find out about the recipe upgrade is also very disappointing. It should have been advertised on the bottle itself. Please bring the old black ice back as I fear my loyalty to you will be affected & I'll have to find elsewhere to buy my juices from.”

“I've been using Black Ice Blast for a few years & love it, but since the formula has been changed I'm going to need to find something new. Too much menthol & nowhere near as smooth as the original, please go back to the original formula!!”
