I have tried lots of vip flavours the only one I liked was tha cherry burst but now you have changed the taste it is disgusting why could you not have left it as it was I won’t buy any more from vip now

I've been using cherry burst for over 2 years now and I would have stayed using it if it hadn't been changed. Now it's just awful.

Iv been using cherry burst for over 4 years and so disappointed the flavour has changed it tastes nothing like the old flavour, going to have to find a new brand of cherry as this now has no taste. Please bring the old flavour back. Loyal customer

The new flavour is like washing up liquid! I’ve since purchased the other new flavours and much better. Very disappointed.

I loved the 18mg strength and luckily my local store that was closed during lockdown still had some but I did buy the 12mg one in lockdown and the new formula or what ever it is is disgusting , i will not be buying it again unless they go back to the 18mg old formula. Please as it was my favourite one 5 stars for the previous 18mg 0 stars for the new 12mg one

The new flavour is nothing like the old one. It’s really thick and really sickly. Please bring back the old version!!

Why change something that was so good! There’s no flavour that I can sense, the liquid appears to be super thick and doesn’t appear to work as well. I’ve done nothing but cough since starting it... bring back the old!!! #disappointing

Have used the cherry burst for years and was very happy with it never changed to another brand now they have changed this to a different supplier and the cherry tasted like perfume very disappointed will not be buying this brand anymore
