“Hi My purchases have always been very prompt and I have always received a great service. Apart from this order!! I ordered 3 x cherry flavour. 3 x apple flavour. 4 x banana flavour. But I only received 3 x banana giving a total of 9 items not the ten I have ordered. Even the invoice had 10 items. But number 6 loaded the parcel and only wrote 9 items? I don't wish to cause you any extra hassle now by asking for my missing bottle. But could you please check the paperwork and if I am correct please give me a voucher number for 1 free bottle on my next order? Kind regards Keith May”
