Really disappointed with this new red fusion, i have been using red fusion for last 3 years and this time i order 90 pounds worth of stock as i live in Dubai and now i am stuck with this new red fusion. lost 90 pounds and courier cost to Dubai. You lost me VIP

Been loyal customer for years now, I always buy 50-100 items as I live abroad at the moment and I just received my 50 Red fusion order. It is awful what you did to the product it taste like medicine and I can’t describe how horrible it is. I won’t be buying anything from you again unless you return to the previous version.

Why did you change this it was the only liquid I liked now it tastes terrible please change it back this is hiddious

I have smoked and promoted red fusion for years my absolute fav eliquud of all time. I am gutted the recipe has now changed and it doesn't even resemble the old one just mint no Berry or a aniseed flavour I had to return it. I have tried other flavours I used to buy along with red fusion for occasional change and non are anything like they were. I am now in search of a flavour I like but have had to stop buying VIP. Why change something that was just perfect to this. I actually thought it was a product malfunction in preparation that an error had occurred during manufacture but no this is it. My years of custom and recommendations have had to stop so so disappointed I could cry as I loved it so much. I don't think as a company you have done yourselves any favours.

Been using red fusion for a few years just received my usual 10 bottles and I'm very disappointed this upgraded flavour has overpowering mint flavour no fruity aniseed flavour as usual . I'm going to phone to complain and ask for a refund

Why on earth have you changed the formula of Red Fusion. The taste is ruined, my throat dosn't react well.I have never in ten years had a sore throat with VIP liquids, but now I have a problem, not great but annoying. A local manufacturer has started copying the red fusion theme, but it is nowhere near as good as the old Fusion. For heaven's sake get real, bring back Red Fusion which has been perfect for me and my throat. Otherwise, I'm off!

Not happy with the change. I have bought Red fusion for years, it was the only one I liked and took me a long time to find one I enjoyed and now it has gone. The new red fusion just tastes of strong mint and nothing else. I won’t be buying anymore unless it changes back. I now have to search for something else. I used to buy 10 bottles at a time and now have to mess about and buy a bottle at a time till I find something else I like. I used to highly recommend but not now. Please change it back!!
