“I moved to the Photon system in around 2014 and have been very happy with all components. The last year or so I've noticed the batteries have to be replaced sooner but otherwise give good service.”

Thank you for your review. On average we would suggest replacing your batteries after 3-4 months. However, this is entirely dependent on individual usage. “the battery is not working. I am in the process of contacting about this. First of all, it didn't fit the charger via my usb port on computer, so i tried it on my other charger which is a 3 pin plug charger and it charged on that, or so i thought! i left it on for 3 hours until the green light showed and run out of charge after about 2 or 3 puffs. Not good enough i'm afraid! for the amount of money i paid for it. I have been using your products for some years now so i do know how they should work.”

“Always use these batteries. Sometimes they last for well over the estimated life span. I am using two at the moment that I have had for about 5 months”

“I use 2 batteries, one to charge one to use. Im still using the battery that came with my original kit around 16 months ago. Charges and lasts well, just about to order another to keep as a spare ...it's surely got to give up the ghost soon! No complaints whatsoever!”

“These batteries do not last very long at all. I have spent £100's with your company buying batteries since 2015. After the first couple of charges the charge time gets less and less and the useage time gets less and less until eventually they will no longer charge after only a few weeks. I use the correct plug, cord and batteries which are all bought from you.”
