“My usual order is American strong but they had none in stock, neither did they have any batteries. The order was due to be delivered Friday, but arrived the following Monday. At the moment I am not happy that I could not have my usual order or batteries and the delivery date was not next day but 4 days late”

“Because you supplied me with the incorrect cartomisers USA tobacco instead of British gold which when I informed you of your error on Friday 6/10/18 I was informed that I would receive thecorrect cartomisers on sat 7/10 or mon9/10 I have had no communication from you since I Therefore think your customer service is non existent as this is not the first time vip have let me down with deliveries”
