“I am at a loss regarding the standard and uniformity of cartomiser batteries and refills. The new Cherry refills do not last any where as long as the the previous ones I have purchased and British Gold are almost as bad. The batteries are very variable with charge times and longevity. I SUSPECT A CHANGE IN MANUFACTURE AND IT IS NO WONDER YOU KEEP OFFERING DISCOUNTS. IF THE LAST DELIVERY IS NO BETTER I WILL HAVE NO ALTERNATIVE BUT TO FIND A NEW PRODUCT.”

“I have been purchasing these for a quite a while and been very happy, they were always delivered in the morning which please me as I go out in the afternoon, but recently they have been coming in the afternoon which causing me a problem, I do not know if you can do anything about this, but I would be very grateful if you could.”
