“I was surprised and disappointed to find my usual silver pack of refills was out of stock. I have ordered the British Gold Refills as I don’t want to run out. I hope they are acceptable to me. The delivery service is without a doubt in beatable both for speed and accuracy of timings.”

“I have been using e cigs for some 5 years. Rarely does it happen but it does happen - the odd cartomizer is a DUD. Very irritating if I’m out and it fails to deliver. There should be some form of return/replacement !,”
