“I've been a user of VIP since 2012 and have seen changes (not for the better over the years). The refills and the batteries don't last as long as they used to, often approx 5-10% of the refills ordered are duds and the customer service has declined if you have to call with an issue. This last order was meant to include x2 batteries which were not received and when I telephoned about this, I also told them about the 6 duds received in my last order. I was told that because I had made the order at the end of February, 3 months was too long a time for them to do anything about it! Interesting that they added a month on, its actually 2 months since the end of February and even more interesting that they say you have to contact us at your earliest possible convenience to report issues with cartomizers which I did. I had ordered 50 refills and so I have only recently been aware that out of that order 6 duds were found. Also I travel abroad regularly for business so this was my earliest possible convenience. I asked for a supervisor to call me back as they weren't prepared to replace the duds and no call back has been received.”
