“I have been using these cartomizers for several years and have always been a big fan. Unfortunately I'd say around 6 -12months ago I noticed a chanve in quality of the cartomizers. They dont seem to last anywhere as long as they used to. 1cartomizer used to last me just undet 2 days, now I found they last 1 day at most and sometimes I need to use a second in 1 day. It is now actually costing me more to use, than when I smoked roll ups so this is very disappointing. Friends who also use them have noticed the same problem. I have mentioned this to VIP a few times but as yet have had no explanation. I am currently looking elsewhere for an alternative which is a real shame as I have neen a VIP customer for over 5 years now :-(”

“Why am I unable to order on line I go through all the procedures over over and over it gets to paying by paypal then asked me to sign in again over and over but goes no further so I always end up phoneing also my last order two of the tips were empty”
