“not sure if its the refills of the batteries that are the problem but one or the other if not both work good sometimes and rubbish other times some times changing the battery help to get a proper puff sometimes a different refill is needed to get a proper puff, and I am talking brand new and charged everything here !! something isnt always working the way it should !! I would lean towards the battery side of things being not so good if anything as if they have been on the shelf tooooo long before they are sold on maybe ...... who knows im not the expert but all i am saying is they dont work as well as they should alot of the time.”
