“I'm not sure why you sent me a VIP Cartomizer USB Charger. My total order was 4 x 4 packs of 10 Motives 20mg/ml Regular Cartomizers, 3 x 10 Motives Cartomizer Batteries and 1 USB Cartomizer Charger. Why on earth you sent a VIP USB Charger which is NOT compatible with 10 Motive products, I will never know? You will discontinue selling VIP products later this year!! As a longstanding VIP customer, I attempted to prepare in advance for this as your Instore Pop-up Shops do not carry very much of the 10 Motives range!”
