Thank you for contacting VIP regarding your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. We are currently experiencing some delays with customer orders. We are experiencing a huge increase of new customers to our online platform due to the current situation with Covid-19. All these new customers have ultimately led to a huge spike in the volumes of our online orders. Our warehouse is at full capacity and working very hard to ensure orders are going out as soon as possible. Arrived a bit later than expected but considering we have had a bank holiday between the time ordered and delivery so it worked out to be between 2-3 working days. Ordered for my husband and when it arrived the box was all broken but thankfully the contents are all ok....stronger box needed. Tried to use the tracking number I received while on a chat and this wasn't helpful at all. All in all package arrived. husband happy.

Having previously ordered liquids are brilliant... however I am still waiting on my recent order which I made more than 5 days ago? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I realise that delivery may be delayed due to the pandemic so I’m am fully understanding of this. Take care and stay safe
