“Used VIP shop in Sunderland and always get great service. With COVID restrictions it was a no brainer to at least try VIP online service. Happy to report that my 3rd order was faultless like the first two. Vape liquid was in stock and was on offer so order placed. The liquid arrived promptly and well wrapped. We will return to the Sunderland VIP shop, they give good advice and are worth patronising.”

“my other half only ever uses vip from the millgate bury but since lockdown didn't know we could order online,so having to use another online supplier but the oil made him cough really bad and just by accident fell on your online shop thank you very much the cough has now gone since using vip again”

“I love the liquid but the customer service or lack of is questionable. I placed my order 18th May and still haven't received it 16 days later. Other companies can deliver in 3 days?”
