ORDERED ON 11-06-20..ON ITS WAY.!! ASKED ON 20-06-20 " WHERE IS MY ORDER.!! ANSWER ON 24-06-20..ON ITS WAY..!! TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 2-10 DAYS FROM ORDER DATE ( NOW 16 DAYS ).TRACKING A WASTE OF TIME..ROYAL MAIL WEBSITE SAYS CANT GIVE STATUS UNTIL ITEM IS DELIVERED..!!!! WILL NOT ORDER FROM V.I.P. EVER AGAIN AS THIS HAPPENED THE LAST TIME I ORDERED WITH THEM.

Favourite liquid, purchased on line due to covid-19 lock down. Also has good offers. Made 3 orders. 1st recieved with in 1 week. 2nd order placed 3 weeks ago not yet recieved, 3rd order placed 10days ago also not yet recieved. Hopeing this is due to lock down and hopefully to recieve soon. As both orders are dispatched no way of tracking items.

Ordered 2 lots one 15/5 second 16/5 not received either but my friend ordered 16/5 and has hers. I’ve contacted vip many times through email and heard nothing. I understand it’s slower delivery with covid 19 but it would be Nice to be contacted back
