“The liquid itself is wonderful, have been vaping it for years. Recently switched from buying from Vype to VIP. Waited nearly 2 weeks for my order. Very disappointed! I placed 2 orders within a few days of each other. One wasn’t even dispatched and the other was sent, a new device I ordered and a note to say the liquid was out of stock. No email no nothing. Was left without any liquid and out of pocket! Phoned and asked what was going on and customer service assured me they were sorry, couldn’t understand how it had happened. Said they would send my order express delivery within a day or so with 2 extra bottles for my trouble. Got a dispatch email and no delivery. Finally after another week it arrived. I spent £140 buying caps locally as I couldn’t buy bottled liquid nearby. I ordered a week in advance of running out and was left without my order for 2 weeks. Will be going back to Vype as they are reliable with their delivery times and communication when something goes wrong. Bought from them for 5 years with no problems and will go back. VIP did not communicate at all when there was a problem then still left me without liquid after customer service assured me it would be sent within a day or so. £140 out of pocket, thanks VIP”
