Thank you for contacting VIP regarding your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. We are currently experiencing some delays with customer orders. We are experiencing a huge increase of new customers to our online platform due to the current situation with Covid-19. All these new customers have ultimately led to a huge spike in the volumes of our online orders. Our warehouse is at full capacity and working very hard to ensure orders are going out as soon as possible. The warehouse team is trying to pick and pack as many orders as possible whilst trying to replenish our stocks, to ensure customers can order what they require. Currently our delivery times is 5-7 working days. “Fast delivery, great product only reading for 1 less star was because the first one I used was dud and I had to change within an hour of using it but other than that great”

“Can be very fiddly to install, and the soft material inside easily pops out if you're not careful, causing bits to float around in the clearomiser. It also deteriorates quite quickly with heavy use, causing tiny bits of the material to break off and make their way up into the mouthpiece. Would still recommend these though - just be sensible! Use common sense - if you start noticing pieces of the material in the mouthpiece, or "stickiness" on inhalation - change it!”
