“Ordered the 10 for £30 deal for heisenberger, and also a 5 pk of vype atomisers. Unfortunately for me, I only received the liquids, as I can only guess the atomisers must have been out of stock. That's not a problem except the fact I didn't receive any information to say they couldn't fulfill this order completely. Wasnt charged for them so that was a positive, but would have loved a heads up that the coils weren't coming as I was on my last one. Try and remember to keep customers up to date with everything, transparency is key in customer service and would help to go a long way to avoiding a less than 5 star review. Otherwise all ok”
