“Last order delvered were in correct packages blended tobacco but contents were wild berry or cherry. This is the only occurrence of this kind.”

“Ordered wrong strength so sent then back for an exchange and now they are not getting back to me. £30 down the drain looks like and I will be taking it further!!!!”
