“The cartridges I received were not what I ordered. The labels on the packets (which were identical to originals from Vype, including the barcode) said 'Dark Cherry' but they were tobacco flavour. Additionally, they did not have the silicone caps on each cartridge as do the ones bought direct from Vype. I contacted VIP and was advised that I could return them for a refund. I had to send them tracked. I contacted VIP to ask for reassurance that they would refund tracking postage costs and I await their response. Apart from my not liking tobacco flavour, my concern is that these are not originals and could be dangerous copies.”
