“The product itself works fine but do not buy this product if you intend to replace the coils after you have used the ones in the kit as replacement packs are always out of stock .When I contacted vip I was told they had no idea when they would be available again and to look on the internet for alternatives.”

“Ive been using VIP for over 10 years now. My old VIP unit after many years packed up and the battery is no longer available. I popped down to the Lewisham stall in South London and the helpful, young lady gave me advice on new models. I didn't want one of those big chimney things so I purchased a Vype unit and it worked with my existing VIP unit. Unfortunately I didn't like the Vype unit, it bubbled and the mouthpiece got very hot, so I popped back down and the young lady exchanged my Vype for this unit. Its brilliant. its small but stylish and it does the job. Easy to fill and gives a great draw when you need it. It also has adjustable air flow so you can tailor make how easy you want to inhale. Great product really impressed”

“After much discussion with Grant(who I've always found very helpful) I ordered an Alpha Base Kit. Compared to my VIP Photon ecig I find this one strange. I think it's because the mouth piece is much bigger and the mouth to lung hit is too much for me personally.”
